Health & Intake Information

Photos & Likeness

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rgvscalpinkllc.com and the services provided by RGV Scalp Ink LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, entering a giveaway, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
RGV Scalp Ink LLC provides scalp micropigmentation (SMP) services and related consultations. SMP is a cosmetic procedure that deposits pigment into the upper layers of the scalp to create the appearance of hair follicles or to camouflage scarring or thinning. Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare compliance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a service. By booking, you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older.
- You are not pregnant or nursing.
- You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin sensitivities during your consultation.
- You understand SMP is a multi-session process and final results require all recommended sessions plus aftercare.
3. Booking, Deposits & Payments
- Appointments are booked through our Square scheduling system.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit applies to your final service total.
- Remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept the payment methods listed at booking.
- Pricing for additional sessions, touch-ups, and add-ons will be quoted at consultation.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit in full and may be required to pre-pay the full service amount before booking again.
- Late arrivals: if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In those cases, deposits are transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
5. Consultation & Patch Test
All new clients are required to complete a consultation before their first session. We may also recommend or require a patch test to check for skin reactions. You are responsible for providing accurate intake information. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in declined service or unsafe results, for which RGV Scalp Ink LLC is not liable.
6. Results & No Guarantee
SMP results depend on many factors including skin type, sun exposure, skincare routine, medications, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we strive for excellent outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Healed pigment color, density, and longevity vary by individual.
7. Aftercare Responsibility
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided after each session. Failure to follow aftercare may compromise your results and is not grounds for refund or complimentary correction.
8. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of SMP services and time/materials invested, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have concerns about your results, contact us within 30 days of your session and we will work with you in good faith on a resolution, which may include a touch-up at our discretion.
9. Photo & Marketing Release
We may take photos of your scalp before, during, and after each session for treatment records. We will only use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes (social media, website, advertising) with your separate written consent. Consent is optional and not a condition of service.
10. Giveaways & Promotions
From time to time we run promotions, including the SMP Transformation Giveaway. Specific giveaway rules apply and are posted with each promotion. General terms:
- Open to legal residents of the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, age 18 or older.
- No purchase necessary.
- Winner will be selected on the date stated in the promotion and contacted via the contact information provided at entry.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- RGV Scalp Ink LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or Google.
11. Newsletter & Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders, newsletters ("The Ink Drop"), and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in our emails, or reply STOP to any text message.
12. Website Use
All content on rgvscalpinkllc.com — including photos, text, branding, and design — is the property of RGV Scalp Ink LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, RGV Scalp Ink LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County or Hidalgo County, Texas.
